01Who I am

This website is operated by Madalina German, trading as AMG Ads Online Marketing, based in Germany. I am the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

02Data I collect

When you use this website or contact me, I may collect:

• Name and email address (via the contact form or newsletter sign-up)
• Phone number, if you provide it or message me on WhatsApp
• Your website address and the details you share about your business
• Usage data via analytics (pages visited, time on site)
• Technical data (IP address, browser type, device)

03How I use your data

I use your data only to:

• Respond to your enquiries and prepare your free audit
• Provide the services you have booked
• Improve this website and your experience on it
• Send marketing emails, only if you have given your consent
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

04Legal basis (GDPR)

I process your data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) and my legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running and improving my business.

05Client confidentiality

Trust is the basis of every collaboration. That is why I treat all client information as strictly confidential:

• No client names without permission. I never publish or disclose the names of clients, their businesses, brands or employees without their explicit written consent.
• Anonymised results. Case studies, portfolio screenshots and testimonials on this website are shown without business names. Identifying details such as logos, domains, product names and customer data are removed or hidden.
• Business data stays private. Budgets, revenue, margins, strategies, customer lists and anything I see inside your accounts are never shared with third parties or other clients.
• After we stop working together. This confidentiality continues after the collaboration ends. On request, I can also sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

06Access to your ad accounts

When you hire me, I work inside your own Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, analytics and email accounts. In this role I act as a data processor on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR):

• I access your accounts only for the agreed services, with the lowest access level needed
• Audit access is read-only whenever possible
• I do not copy or download your customer data unless it is needed for the work (for example, to build a custom audience), and I delete it once the task is done
• All accounts, campaigns, audiences and data remain your property
• When our collaboration ends, you remove my access and I delete any copies I hold
• A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request

07Testimonials & case studies

I only publish a testimonial or case study with the client’s consent. Testimonials show a first name, a role and a general industry and location, never the business name. You can ask me to change or remove your testimonial at any time.

08Email marketing & newsletter

If you sign up for my newsletter or tick the box in the contact form, your email address is stored in theMarketer, the email platform I use. I send occasional tips on ads and marketing, and information about my services.

• Sign-up uses double opt-in: you confirm your subscription by email
• Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time
• I may measure opens and clicks to improve my emails
• Your address is never sold or shared for others’ marketing

09WhatsApp & email communication

If you contact me on WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) under its own privacy policy. I use these messages only to communicate with you about your enquiry or project. If you prefer, you can always contact me by email instead.

10Cookies & analytics

When you first visit this website, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Necessary cookies are always active: they keep the website working and store your consent choice (cookie amg_consent, kept for 12 months). Everything else only runs after you agree.

Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics, loaded via Google Tag Manager, shows me how visitors use the website. In addition, Independent Analytics measures basic page views; it is self-hosted, does not use cookies and does not share data with third parties.

Marketing (with your consent): Google Ads and other advertising platforms (such as Meta and TikTok) help me measure how well my ads work, and theMarketer powers email sign-up forms and personalised offers.

I use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you give consent, Google tags do not set or read analytics or advertising cookies and only send limited, cookieless signals without identifiers. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page), or delete cookies in your browser.

11Third-party services

To run this website and my services, I work with trusted providers, including website hosting, the WordPress contact form, theMarketer for email, and Google, Meta and TikTok for advertising. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and, where required, a data processing agreement. I do not sell your personal data to anyone.

12International transfers

Some providers, such as Google, Meta and TikTok, may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

13Data retention

I keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law:

• Contact form submissions and enquiries: up to 2 years
• Client contracts and invoices: as required by German tax law (up to 10 years)
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe
• Copies of client account data: deleted at the end of the task or collaboration

14Data security

I protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (SSL), strong passwords and two-factor authentication on all accounts, and access limited to what is needed. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I take every reasonable step to keep your data safe.

15Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority of the German federal state where I am based

16Children

This website and my services are aimed at businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

17Changes to this policy

I may update this policy when my services or the law change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
